1. Magherafelt Rental

All vehicle rentals in Magherafelt are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or vehicle collection. This agreement sets out specific terms, conditions, insurance details, charges, and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Magherafelt Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Magherafelt, you must:

Be at least 21 years old when renting a vehicle in Magherafelt (age restrictions can vary by vehicle type, and additional charges may apply for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement for Magherafelt. Provide valid photographic identification and documents confirming address and payment method as required by the Rental Agreement.

3. Booking and Payment — Magherafelt

Bookings are accepted online, by telephone, or in person at our Magherafelt office. A booking deposit may be requested to confirm your reservation. Full payment and the security deposit are usually due at vehicle collection. All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Magherafelt

You must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection in Magherafelt and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a company representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as at collection, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any illegal purpose or activity in Magherafelt. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other risky activities. Transporting hazardous or harmful materials. Sub-letting to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers. Driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Purposes for which the vehicle is not designed...

Violating Magherafelt restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability (Magherafelt)

To the maximum extent permitted by Northern Ireland law, Magherafelt Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law (Magherafelt)

These Terms are governed by Northern Ireland law in Magherafelt. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Northern Ireland courts.

10. Changes to Magherafelt Terms
